Add Link Toolbar to Firebird

A feature of HTML since version 2 has been the link tag. It's currently used most frequently to link to a stylesheet or a shortcut icon. It can actually be useful for improving the navigability of your sites. The W3C explains the different link types.

Firebird, by default, does make use of these great tags but through the link toolbar extension a toolbar will appear on the status bar whenever a page makes use of these extra tags.
