Working as Part of a Team

My initial thoughts in putting together this application was to build it by myself from beginning to end. Mostly because I didn't think anybody else would really be interested. A little because deep down I'm dealing with control issues.

Yeah! Teamwork is a crutch for incompetent workers or slave-driver managers. ;-)

I find the first commentor's website suits his statement quite well. ;-)

My feeling with team projects is that you really need to establish a strong leader. This is especially true when it comes to open sourcing projects (should you decide to go that direction).

Just wanted to post saying kudos to you for putting your development process online. Always looking forward to the next installment.

Further to DarkWulf's comment. I've found that a well defined timeline with strong delivery dates is essential, especially for an open source project where motivation can slide and interest can be diverted.
