Gush
Rarely do I find the need to gush over a design but I'm impressed enough to do so now. Back in the reboot, probably my favourite design was James Mathias' leihu. I like the injection of buddhist elements which I felt gave me a greater reflection of James' true character. It helped personalize the site in a way that very few do.
So, I was doubly impressed today when he unveiled his "dark side". Like the contrast switcher on my site, it's a hidden element, not very obvious by any means, but once found, uncovers a great twist on a fantastic design. It truly establishes a yin-yang relationship with the main site design. Just as much work seemed to go into the alternate version as the original version and I have a tough time deciding which I should use to browse the site with.
In any case, I recommend you check it out, uncover the hidden design and hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as I did.

Well, geez, wow, thanks Jonathan, I greatly appreciate the props and gushing. I really do. It's just a little something I have been wanting to do forever and finally got a bit of free time and inspiration to accomplish, thank you for enjoying it and sharing it.
wow. again thank you :)
A web site "easter egg" - nice style switcher!
Too easy ;o) But agreed, very cool.
Leihu DS rules!
leihu is also my favorite reboot!
Great job James ! :)
A very creative way to make use of a style switcher. I love it!
That is very cool and creepy at the same time. I dig it!
Ha! Brilliant.
I'm scared now though ;-)
I love the location of the style switcher, very clever...
I like the dark theme, but how do you switch back?
Miles,
Blood sacrifice, as it said when you moused over the target to switch to the darkside.
James,
nicely done!
Oh, nice find that.
I already loved his site, now I love it even more!
Very nice style switcher, very comprehensive style too. Just a bit too easy to find ;)
